All Catch-Up Premium pupils who have not yet made the expected level of progress in English and maths by the
end of Y7 are entered into a further ‘enrichment programme’ in Year 8. This includes additional literacy and
numeracy interventions taking place after school, mentoring through the accelerated reader programme by their
