National timetables for external exams are produced by the external boards and JCQ.
A timetable is received for each Examination Series (November, Summer etc.), the Exams Office then edits that timetable to match all papers for which our students are entered and distributes to all concerned.
The Academy timetable for each series (November, Summer etc.) will be made available as soon as possible via this website.
Individual timetables are produced for each student entered for external exams and copies are given to the students and posted home in advance of the series.
SEATING PLANS
A seating plan is produced by the Exams Office for every examination.
It identifies:
- Date
- Board
- Level
- Paper
- Room
It lists:
- Names of students sitting that exam
- Students individual Examination Number
- The specific paper that they will be sitting
- Their Seat Number
- Any dispensation arrangement to which they are entitled
These plans are distributed to members of staff and noticeboards and used to seat students in an orderly manner.
